Ohio Now Caps Adult-Use Edibles at 10 mg a Piece and 100 mg a Pack
A Division of Cannabis Control package rule took effect October 5. Adult-use gummies stop at 10 mg a piece and 100 mg a pack, drinks at 10 mg a can, while medical patients keep a 55 mg serving. The buyer who feels it is the one who was buying 50 mg pieces, and the state just handed that buyer a reason to get a card.
Sixth Circuit Sends Ohio's Hemp Gummies and Seltzers Back Behind the Dispensary Counter
On September 25 the Sixth Circuit stayed part of the July injunction that let ten hemp companies sell in Ohio without a license. They now need a Division of Cannabis Control license, and the state still cannot refuse them one for being out of state.
